6/ Limitation of liability.

Viareport shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage to the user’s equipment while accessing the Viareport site, due to the failure of said equipment to meet with the specifications indicated in point 4, or the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.
Likewise, Viareport shall not be held liable for indirect damages, such as the loss of an opportunity or market share, resulting from the use of the www.viareport.com site.

Viareport reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content in this space deemed to be in breach of the legislation applicable in France, notably the provisions pertaining to data protection.
