+ - Are your consulting services charged at an hourly rate or per project ?

We offer both types of pricing, – hourly rate or per project. If there are clearly defined specifications, we can charge a flat project fee. If specifications are subject to changes during the project, then we would apply an hourly rate.

In both cases, design workshops are conducted at the start of the project to define the functional project scope and provide a credible estimate of workloads. At the end of the workshops, a general design brief is produced in order to formalize the functional contents expected.

+ - What are the profiles of your consultants ?

Our teams of functional consultants have different profiles:

Junior Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, Expert, Director. Irrespective of the task, a project leader will be in charge of supervising the teams of consultants and providing a single point of contact for you throughout the entire assignment.

+ - What methodology does the Viareport team apply in integration projects ?

Viareport has over ten years of experience in the implementation of SAP EPM integration projects within multinationals as well as mid-cap companies and SMEs. Our tried and tested project management is based on a specific methodology that includes a certain number of milestones and deliverables:

General design, detailed design, implementation of the configuration, testing and acceptance, historical data retrieval and go-live assistance.

The work schedule and RACI matrix, also included in our service proposal, aim to provide our customers with maximum visibility of the entire project and the tasks assigned to different project team members.

Project committee meetings are held with customers on a regular basis to validate project progress and anticipate possible issues.

+ - Are interventions carried out on-site or remotely ?

Interventions can be carried out on-site or remotely depending on the availability of the customer’s staff members. The terms and conditions of interventions are defined in our service proposals.

+ - What is the average time required for an integration project ?

It is difficult to define the average time required because the functional scope varies significantly from one project to another. Our standard dual configuration, i.e. French CRC and IFRS, enables us to start a statutory consolidation project in just a few days. The time required for implementing consolidated management reporting can vary from a few days to weeks (or even months) depending on the complexity of requirements and the business sector.
